  • +Senior Graphic Designer

    Job Description

    The Sr. Designer should have an artist’s eye and the ability to work with product development, sales, and design teams in the creation of sales and marketing materials including pre-press design files, prototypes, and product mock-ups. This is a fast-paced environment that requires quick turnaround times and strong problem-solving skills. A self-motivated individual is a must for this position. The Sr. Designer will produce a variety of design projects relating to events and printed catalogs, as well as create materials that are consistent with the company brand and that market events and products effectively and creatively.


    Essential job functions

    • Create high-quality designs across media types. Projects may include logos, secondary graphics, signage, presentations, printed pieces, video and animation graphics, event sets and environments, logo merchandise, etc.
    • Offer mentoring and technical assistance to other team members and provide input and feedback during the design process when supervisor is not available.
    • Participate in creative strategy meetings with various stakeholders to determine project specifications and develop concepts and execution timelines.
    • Under general supervision, create innovative designs and determine layouts, including photo selection, placement, theme, type selection, size, color, and overall look and feel.
    • Participate in design reviews with team, manager, and appropriate stakeholders.
    • Assist with photography to be used in assigned projects and work to ensure that the composition, colors, and subject matter meet the requirements of the project.
    • Supervise printing and/or production of projects; visit printer and/or vendor (as needed) while job is in production to check for accuracy in color, registration, and quality so pieces are well-designed, professionally produced, and error-free.
    • Actively work to improve processes, quality, and cost efficiency of creative projects.
    • Communicate daily with manager and team members.



    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a working graphic designer.
    • Solid knowledge of graphic design processes from ideation to completion including all press-ready concerns.
    • Strong communication and people skills.
    • Expertise with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.). Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
    • Experience with preparing artwork for production for a variety of vendors.
    • Experience with press checks and an understanding of the printing process. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with creativity, independence, and high standards.
    • High degree of initiative with an ability to work independently and a willingness to share ideas and contribute in a team environment
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on quick turnaround, large-scale projects.

    Position Summary

    Yoli is seeking a part-time or full-time Warehouse Assistant. The Warehouse Assistant/Order Picker is responsible for picking, pulling and preparing daily orders for shipment, including loading and unloading inventory on and off delivery trucks. The successful candidate will be able to work quickly and safely with great attention to detail.

    Position Summary

    Yoli is looking for an experienced video producer to help us create enterprise-quality videos that highlight our personality, products, and community. The ideal candidate will have solid storytelling skills and experience with video production, directing, cinematography, editing, writing, sound design, and motion graphics.


    Essential Job Functions

    • Create engaging, relevant video content for all social media outlets
    • Collaborate with the marketing team in the creation of internal and external video content
    • Operate and maintain camera and audio equipment using standard industry practices
    • Coordinate locations, props, talent, and other resources needed for successful shoots
    • Maintain brand integrity across all media as determined by the Marketing Manager
    • Find creative ways to tell compelling stories and highlight the Yoli products and community
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging video technologies and standard industry practices
    • Demonstrate excellent editing instincts and strong motion graphics skills

    Position Summary

    Yoli is seeking a part-time Project Manager to join our fun, positive and successful environment. This is a part-time position with the possibility of it growing into a full-time position in 6 to 12 months. The Project Manager contributes to market expansion strategy through research, fact finding, and project oversite.  The successful candidate will work with local government agencies to assess the process and requirements of business expansion.


    Essential Job Functions

    • Documents necessary information and process flow for international licensing and registration.
    • Works with internal groups to gather and process required information
    • Monitors process and document flow
    • Interfaces directly with international teams
    • Designs plans to achieve all objectives and develop strategic plans to enhance them.
    • Prepares and implements various capture methods for business development.

    Position Summary
    Yoli is seeking part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our fun, positive and successful team. Yoli Sales and
    Service agents receive inbound calls to assist distributors and customers with product questions, sign-ups, orders,
    problem resolution, and other customer service related questions. Some outbound calling to update account
    information, promote products, and follow-up on problem resolution issues is included. Some agents also assist our
    customers through e-mail. Representatives actively promote Yoli products with most customer contacts.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Receive inbound calls from distributors and customers and respond to questions regarding company policies,

    Position Summary

    Assist in all daily, weekly and monthly functions relating to the Compliance Department to help ensure timely and accurate enforcement of policies. Play a vital role within the Compliance Department on a day to day basis to assist with department audits, requests and functions.  This is a part-time position with the possibility of it growing into a full-time position in 6 to 12 months.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist in reviewing all member testimonials and event presentations ensuring they are compliant.
    • Assist in managing and responding to e-mails from members through the Compliance e-mail.
    • Proactively research and protect the company from fraudulent activity through monitoring and reporting.
    • Answer questions from internal Yoli employees and assist them with questions that are relevant to Compliance.
    • Manage necessary reports regarding member accounts.
    • Ensure all processes, external and internal, are compliant with policies.
    • Perform other Compliance processes as needed .


    Knowledge, Education and Experience

    • Associates Degree in Business or a related field preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required- test will be given
    • Excellent writing and grammar skills
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
